Blow Away Your Competition With a Killer Web Site Marketing Strategy!

Posted on 22. Sep, 2009 by admin in chiropractic internet marketing, chiropractic marketing

In today’s business world you need a leg up on your competition. A web site marketing strategy is just the fix you need.

There are many businesses out there today with a website. Just about everyone has one and you should too. But, the problem is that most of those websites are not getting any visitors at all.

It’s great to have a website for your prospects to look at when after they meet you. But, what if you could attract more prospects for your business with your website?

A properly optimized website can bring you leads for years. But you need more than just that if you are going to win over your competitors.

You website should be like a direct marketing piece of mail. It should cover just about any question someone would ask about your business. Many people put up a website to look like a brochure. This is all well and good; however your website needs to sell for you.

It comes down to online marketing. When someone finds your website they will have questions from the start. If they find some of the answers they are looking for then you may have your contact form filled out or receive a phone call.

Attention spans on the internet are very short. You need information to keep your visitors at your website longer.

Many people feel that they are in effect giving away their secrets when they do this. This is simply not true. The internet is driven by information. If you don’t have it, you don’t get visitors, it’s that simple.

So how do you start to get people to take notice of your website?

The first and most simplistic thing is keyword research. This is the most well known strategy in all internet marketing circles. But, don’t feel bad if you do not know this. You can learn today. Just make sure you understand, this is the basis of what drives your website marketing.

Just head on over to wordtracker.com and read all you find there. They key is to find what people are actually searching for on the internet and then plug those keywords into your website.

The above is what’s known as search engine optimization. However you shouldn’t just stop there.

Maybe your business is a local plumbing business. You goal should be to get prospects to your website from your local area.

One way to accomplish this would be to write articles and send them to high traffic websites from your area. You could write a nice informative article about plumbing and then send it over to your local news website and see if they want to publish your article.

The trick is to make sure you include your link at the bottom of your article. This way when someone reads your article, they find your link at the bottom and bingo they visit your website after they read what you have to say.

Ok, so you now have this great article and you want to send it out. But, how do you do that?

The first thing you need to understand is you need to respect reporters and webmasters time. When sending your article to them, first of all make sure it is relevant to what they want. Next, send it over with a nice letter and include your article in the body of your email.

Do not, include attachments ever. Most people will delete these for fear of viruses.

Email your article only once. These people are extremely busy and you do not need to keep bothering them or spam them. Just prepare a professional looking letter and find the right person to send your article too.

The next thing you could do is, finding websites that are relevant to your business. Just head on over to Google and type in keywords for your business. Then see if you can find websites that are similar to yours.

Once you find them, prepare another professional contact letter and ask them if they would like to publish your article. Just make sure the websites are from your local area. This way when a visitor reads your article and you have included your link. They will click on it and head straight over to your website.

This trick to all over this is sending you article out over time to as many places as you can find. 20 or 30 will not do the trick. Just pace yourself over a few weeks time and set some goals to do this.

You see, when you start to send out your articles. People will start to publish them on their websites. This in effect becomes a form of viral marketing that will bring you visitors for years to come.

Marketing Recipes

Posted on 22. Sep, 2009 by admin in chiropractic marketing

As you know, my business name incorporates the two words “Action Plan.” It’s not an accident. I want to use today’s eZine to explain how incredibly important marketing action plans are to the success of your business.

Everyone is looking for the perfect marketing plan. You know, the one you apply that brings in as much business as you can possibly handle. (Like that one magic email sent to the right list!)

I wish there was one such plan!

But every marketing plan can be supercharged and help you yield a much better results every time you use it, if you understand that marketing action plans are much like recipes.

Action Planning is like creating a perfect meal that consists of several delicious dishes. You need to assemble the ingredients, mix them in the right proportions, and then cook at the correct temperature for a specified time. If you follow the recipe to the letter, your dish will turn out perfectly.

But is that how we implement marketing plans? I wish!

No, we do it in a haphazard way, throwing together random ingredients and, more often than not, under or over cooking it. What comes out of the oven tastes terrible. And then we blame the recipe (which we didn’t follow).

The thing about a marketing plan is that it takes a few more ingredients, a little more time, some specialized knowledge, and a dash of patience for the recipe to come out successfully.

For instance, let me give you the basic recipe for getting new clients from speaking engagements (delivered to professional groups). I built my business on this recipe. I know it works. And you can make it work too (if you follow it faithfully).

The “Speaking for Clients” Recipe

- Decide on a topic for your talk and create a title.
- Do a write-up for your talk that explains the benefits.
- Include a bio and information on your business for the “speaker’s package.”
- Create a contact sheet to track your campaign.
- Do research on organizations that would be good audiences for your talk.
- Determine who the Program Directors are for these organizations.
- Develop and practice your calls to the Program Directors.
- Call the Program Directors and pitch your talk.
- If they are interested in knowing more, send your speaker’s package.
- Follow up in few days to answer any questions they may have.
- Implement a keep-in-touch phone and email campaign until you book some talks.
- Put together a detailed write-up to promote the presentation.
- Coordinate with the organization to make sure you’re on track.
- Prepare you talk. You’ll need an outline and handouts.
- Practice your talk (out loud) until you feel comfortable.
- Practice the call-to-action at the end of the talk.
- Print out your handouts (make sure they’re professional).
- Dress and groom yourself appropriately for the talk.
- Give the talk and deliver your call-to-action at the end.
- Gather the cards (with email addresses) of participants.
- Follow-up by email or phone (as you promised) after the talk.
- Set up appointments with qualified prospects.
- Turn the prospects into clients when you meet with them.

OK, that’s twenty three steps in this marketing recipe.

But don’t get overwhelmed by all the steps. This is something you can do – one step at a time. Like assembling the ingredients for a recipe, the sources and techniques are out there – in books, articles and courses. Even if you’re new to this, with focus, you can get a favorable result the very first time.

If you miss any of these steps or do them poorly, you won’t get optimal results from your marketing plan. However, once you’ve booked and delivered a few talks, the process becomes simple. You’ll start to get results and you’ll be able to tweak and fine-tune your recipe until every talk generates new clients.

You don’t need to master fifty marketing recipes for success. Mastering one may be all you need.

I implemented the basic speaking recipe above in 1995. In six months (26 weeks) I had used it successfully to attract 26 new clients. That created the marketing foundation for my business, and things have been in a state of momentum ever since.

My main marketing recipe since then? You’re reading it. I was determined to create an effective eZine and send it out weekly. I’m now somewhere into my 500th week. One tactic, one recipe implemented consistently, can produce more results than you can imagine.

So what’s your marketing recipe (action plan) going to be?

4 Simple Steps to Increase Network Marketing Retention Rate

Posted on 22. Sep, 2009 by admin in chiropractic marketing

What is your worst fear in network marketing? Let me make a guess. How do you make your team member stay? I believe all network marketers have encountered this problem and it’s not uncommon.

According to statistics, around 50% of new members will stay and the rest will drop out. So don’t worry if your retention rate is about half.

Although it’s beyond your control if your member decide to leave but there are solutions to make them stay and it’s no rocket science. Many marketers lack this knowledge and very often most of them do not go far. You will be surprise how simple yet effective these formulas can be.

Here are 4 simple yet effective steps to increase retention rate.

1. Kick starts your new team member.

When some one decides to join your team, kick start him with a step by step guide on the things that he or she need to do to jump start their business. It gets their momentum going.

Normally what I will do is to get them to download a copy of my guide which I have pre written. Get them to read and make notes and ask questions regarding anything from marketing to the product itself. I will set a time and day to speak to them personally or even meet up with them, open up my laptop and show them how I do it. Then go through the team’s plan and set up an individual marketing plan with them.

This will be a good way to see if your new members are serious. If your new members keep calling, asking you questions about the business and wanting to learn more, chances are that they are serious people (They are the ones that will stay).

2. Be responsible for every single one

Don’t leave your members to fend for their own. They will eventually lose interest and drop out. Get to know how are they progressing and if necessary step in to help them if they are struggling. Make sure they have access to you so that they can get answers from you when they have doubts. Give them a few options to reach you by phone, email or even meet up.

3. Motivate them

This is unquestionably an effective way to keep your team together. I do it in 2 ways, verbal motivation and action motivation

If you have an interesting success story or quotes, send it or tell it to your members and get them to response to you about how they feel about it. Let your member know about your progress and your achievements. Most importantly, teach them how they can do it too. This is one way you can motivate them verbally.

Action speaks louder then words and most people want to see concrete results. Show your members how you run your marketing campaign and the results of your campaign. Guide them through on how they can duplicate your success.

4. Creating a sense of belonging

Another way that you can increase your retention rate is to get your members together frequently. This way you create a common community, where members meet one another and exchange ideas and information.

This could in a form of workshop or seminar. Where you can meet your members on a weekly basis and conduct lessons to teach them various marketing tactics and methods.

There are also other ways like web conference and discussion board.

So if ever my member asks me how to make a new member stay.

My answer will always be, be there for your members and do anything that will help them to grow. (I will seek help from my mentors and leaders if I don’t have the answer for my members! That’s the way to do it)

Making your members stay is no secret. Create a strong synergy within your team and people that will stay, will stay on.

Can anyone help me with a detailed affiliate marketing strategy?

Posted on 21. Sep, 2009 by admin in chiropractic marketing

I started getting involved in affiliate marketing a couple of months ago, but I feel like I am jumping all over and not getting anything accomplished. I need an actual affiliate marketing strategy that I can follow step by step. Does anybody have a good one to follow? I am willing to pay some money for a program or tutorial.

Just like you I only started doing affiliate marketing about 3 months ago, but before that I had researched it for about 3 months. I came across a website for Matt Bacak, www.mattbacak.com, who is already a millionaire and I think he is only like 30 years old. He has several products that you can buy and also a newsletter that you can subscribe to you called Internet Marketing Dirt. I have found his products and even his free information on affiliate marketing strategy a ton better and more informative than anybody else’s that I have come across in the 3 months that I did research on affiliate marketing.

I have only been doing actual affiliate marketing part-time at nights and on weekends for 3 months, but I am seeing some pretty good income right now. It’s enough to pay my car payment as well as groceries for the month for our family of 3 so I can’t complain. And I know that it will only increase the more I work at it because I am learning how to be more efficient every day. Although I may never be able to quit my full-time job, I will continue to have this extra money for quite awhile, which means that my wife can stop working.

Anyways, check out Matt’s website and check out the different products as well as his newsletters as he has a great affiliate marketing strategy and is very willing to share it with anyone who will listen.

Any marketing ideas for a photo studio?

Posted on 21. Sep, 2009 by admin in chiropractic marketing

I’m an assistant at a photo studio and need to come up with some marketing ideas. I’ve been racking my brain for the past week and got nothing really. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you were my client, I would take some of the photos that you have rights to and turn them into a video slide show with some pretty music in the background and then add a title and credits page with a link to your studio website. Do one video per niche, so one for weddings, one for children, one for family photos.

Then, take those videos and post them on YouTube and as many other video sites as possible. In the video descriptions, include a link to your studio again. Make sure the titles of the video slide shows includes keyword phrases that your prospective clients would use to search for your studio plus your town name. So it could be "bridal portraits San Diego"

Another thing to check is to see if your studio is on Google Maps. If not, just click the link to add your business and follow the steps to add the business information.

Now, if your studio doesn’t have a website, you can always hire someone to make a direct response site for you. Just a regular website doesn’t do much, but a direct response one will allow you to get the contact info of people interested in your studio and build a mailing list that way. Then you can use email marketing to market the studio to your list.

Hope these ideas help!

And can I just buy existing graphics or physics engines or something? how much would it cost?

How would I get servers to run the game?

Thanks

its pretty hard, u can use flash program, or java script, or a visual basic program, how ever u have to publish it and it wont be so exiting, anyways if it is really good, u have to make ur own company there is no such thing when u go to a company and ask them to do iot for u, u have to cover the prices, any way if u want a game like generals, counterstrike, halflife, sime, etc…. those programs wont work. if ur idea is so facinating u can give it to ea games and ask them if they will publish it but it is unlikley,
